Ballet

The foundation of technique for all dance forms, ballet allows students to develop discipline, body alignment, posture, core strength, coordination and flexibility.

Our instructors follow the internationally recognized Royal Academy of Dance syllabus (R.A.D.) as well as the Paula Morgan and Progressive Ballet Technique syllabus to compliment and enhance ballet strength and technique. Students will be given opportunity to go through the examination process in the years to come. Pointe training is also offered once a suitable level of strength and ability is achieved.
